Everything was great. The location was clean and the Host responded at a great timing. If I was to change two things it would be the smell of the Airbnb. It smells like cigarettes and also the air conditioning in the room. I could not figure it out. It was so hot every night, but it was freezing in the living room. I kind of wish it was the opposite, but great location, clean and friendly staff thank you.

This place was very nice, clean and looked just like the pictures. Adam was very accommodating and answered any questions we had. The location was nice and quiet but also not to far from the night life and nice restaurants. I would defiantly stay again.

Amazing place to stay! Beautiful, modern condo right next to the best beach on the island, Sunset Beach. It was super clean, easy to check in with ample parking right next to the condo. The Residence in general has beautiful plants and greenery and a cute pool area. Apartment is very well equipped, it has everything one may need, and the beach chairs and towels were much appreciated. It's definitely great value for your money. Adam was a wonderful, proactive and extremely friendly host with detailed instructions beforehand. 5 star experience and I hope on my next visit one of his condos will be available. Highly recommended!

Adam was great to work with and the place is a great location in a quiet community. We had a small issue and let Adam know and someone was there in 15 minutes to handle. We will definitely consider this location again.

Adam was an excellent and very responsive host. The condo was exactly what was offered. From check-in to check-out, Adam was easily accessible. We loved that all recommendations were exactly what the host book suggested. We love the fact that the beaches and restaurants were very close. We found everything we needed at Grace Gourmet supermarket. We were able to shop and cooked a meal, and realized the hot food at the supermarket deli was just as good as the restaurants. Having the choice to cook and finding the right pans and cleaning products after cooking was priceless. We were able to clean up and felt at home without having to look for anything. The unit is ideally located where plenty of sunlight comes in, making it unnecessary to use the lights during the day. I don’t know what else to add, since all of our needs were met whether we thought about it or not. We loved having the beach chairs for the beach that’s close by. Loved our stay at this private, spacious, clean one-bedroom condo in Leeward Settlement! A short, pleasant walk to a serene, beautiful beach, with responsive hosting from Adam. The effective AC and convenient parking right out front were fantastic perks! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this condo! The location is unbeatable, just a 1min drive to Leeward Beach, 4min to Grace Bay Beach, and 7 min to Long Bay Beach. The condo is in the exclusive, gated Leeward area, providing peace of mind. The condo feels like a luxurious home away from home. The modern finishes and high-end appliances made our stay incredibly comfortable. The king-size bed was comfortable, and the luxury bath products were a lovely touch. The washer and dryer were very convenient, and the condo was spotlessly clean. We loved the fully equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed. The condo also provided thoughtful extras like a Keurig with pods (decaf, dark and tea), beach chairs, an umbrella, towels, coolers, and snorkel gear. Adam was an easy host to communicate with, always responsive and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this condo exceeded all our expectations.
