Stay was 5/5. Exactly as the pictures mentioned. Felt safe at all times during our stay which was huge because it was our first time not doing an all inclusive resort. Our experience was better than having to deal with the crowds are those resorts. Would highly recommended anyone considering an AirBnB to book this one. No regrets.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for privacy and a short drive to everything (beach, restaurants, grocery). The condo had everything we needed to prepare meals and feel comfortable during our stay. Our little patio was great to enjoy a drink or coffee. Pool area was also nice to relax and grill even tho we didn’t use the pool itself. Adam’s guidebook had some great recommendations and he was quick to respond to any questions. We felt very safe walking around the neighborhood and coming/going at night. All amenities as stated and condo as described. We loved the area itself and would stay again on another visit.

The apartment is just like the photos. Everything was clean and organized. We bought items at the local grocery and were able to cook breakfast at the apartment. It was very close to the beach, about 3 minutes by car. Of all the beaches we visited on the island, Sunset Beach, the closest to the apartment was the best. Definitely worth returning.

Lovely stay! The place was spotless, peaceful, and in a perfect location-just minutes from great restaurants, shops, and beautiful beaches. The host was kind, very accommodating, and quick to respond. Would definitely come back!

Our stay here was wonderful. It had everything you could need. It was especially nice having the beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon everyday. The place was very clean and in a good location. It was close to many restaurants and activities. Would definitely stay here again!

Adam's condo is a traveler's paradise! This condo gives you a close proximity to Leeward's Sunset Beach and all of the amenities of Grace Bay if you have a rental car. Parking is free and the pool is nice for a swim on a warm day. The apartment itself is a modern one bedroom outfitted with convenient amenities. The electric appliances and marble finishes were easy to keep clean and helped us save money by cooking breakfast each day before our excursions. In addition to convenient, we also found the apartment to be quite comfortable. Coming from New York City, we found the size of the condo to be larger than our own and spent some time utilizing the common area for work and watching movies in the evenings. The only time we did have an issue with the condo, Adam was a very responsive host and arrived within minutes to assist us. He resolved the issue right away and messaged us intermittently to ensure everything was going well with our stay. We would defintely rebook in the future!

My husband and I stayed at this home for a week and loved it! Adam was one of the most thoughtful hosts. The place had all the items a visitor would need with incremental beach items - umbrellas, chairs, snorkels, beach towels, coolers. We have rented quite a few airbnbs and this place was the most well-stocked for a week’s stay.

The condo is literally just as it looks in the pictures! It’s a beautiful clean place. The landscaping outside is stunning as well. Adam sent us recommendations for restaurants and places around us. We also received VERY good instructions as to how to get to the condo and the self check in was seamless! He’s very responsive and we greatly appreciated that! He made sure we had all that was needed for a good stay and we indeed had one! The condo is perfectly located as well we rented a car, everything is no more than ten minutes away. Definitely would stay here again!!

We chose Adam's place as we didn’t want to be by all the resort crowd. It was a peaceful neighborhood, close to beach and a quick 5 minute drive to all the Grace bay restaurants. We enjoyed all the amenities the condo had to offer. His place was pristine and we appreciated the cooler and beach chairs and towels for our daily beach trips. Thanks Adam!

The host is absolutely amazing and exceptional! He was very responsive to all of our questions and helped us locate the most beautiful restaurants. The place was very cozy and I felt right at home! It was also very close to the bars, restaurants, and beaches! I would highly recommend this place if you visit it Turks & Caicos!
