What a Beautiful Condo!! Great Location with such a Great Host. This was my 45th Birthday getaway and we couldn’t be more happy with the place we selected. Adam’s condo was amazing, super clean and everything we needed was available. Communication with Adam was also great! (We didn’t need much & everything was perfect for us) The location is close to the beach, great restaurants & casino. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to visit Turks & Caicos. Thank you again Adam for being such a great host & providing such great service!! We had so much fun on this beautiful island!!

We had a great stay at the condo. Easy instructions to find the Complex and great directions to the nearby beach. The beach was uncrowded with easy parking. the Complex is peaceful and we rested easy at night. We used the beach chairs umbrella and small ice chest. We are planning our return trip next year!

Great place in a quiet neighborhood, located about a 5 minute drive from all Grace Bay shops and restaurants! Adam was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the trip. Everything in the unit matched the photos and really was a great home away from home.

Enjoyed our stay. Place is walkable to most places but it was still helpful to have a car to carry beach chairs and go to places further away. The condo was quiet and very nice. The bed was super comfy. There was everything you need for the beach provided in the closet in the bedroom. The 1/2 bath needs a little attention as there was a little smell in there but was obviously clean. We really didn’t use that bathroom so it didn’t bother us. Also, like most ABNBs, there isn’t much vanity space anywhere. So ladies, I did my makeup in the living room at a table provided. It was perfect! I would bring a small lighted mirror you can get on Amazon and you are good to go! The host is also extremely responsive so that is great! Overall very nice and I would recommend a stay.

Spędziliśmy cudowny czas na wyspie krótkie ale przepiękne wakacje. Apartament w 100% jest zgodny z opisem czysty, nowy, bardzo dobrze wyposażony jednym słowem jest wszystko czego potrzebujesz dodatkowo piękna spokojna i bardzo bezpieczna okolica w bliskiej odległości od pięknych plaż. Jednym słowem czuliśmy się jak w domu. Adam jest wspaniałym gospodarzem dba o swoich gości przekazuje dokładne instrukcje i odpowiada od razu na wiadomości a w razie potrzeby reaguje od razu. Jednym słowem wszystko było perfect. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z apartamentu i pobytu na wyspie i na 100% wrócimy wyspa jest przepiękna oferuje rajskie plaże i mnóstwo atrakcji które na zawsze pozostają w pamięci. Dziękujemy Adam za wszystko i napewno wrócimy wybierając twój apartament Adam.

My husband and I were impressed with Adam’s home. Rarely do you ever find a home that looks EXACTLY as pictured on a host listing. The home was so clean and quiet, even in the mornings we heard no one around us. Most important, we felt super safe there where we did not even lock our valuables in the safe provided for us. Parking was always available right outside our door. The location of the beaches/restaurants was just mins away. We would certainly stay at this location again and recommend anyone who is looking for a cozy modern home to stay while visiting the island. When I contacted Adam, he was very responsive, another big perk for me as I have had hosts that ignored me for days to where I ended up cancelling my stay with them. 5 stars for us!👌🏽🙂

Everything was AMAZING beyond perfect! Very clean and luxurious. We found everything we needed for our mini vacation. Adam messaged us every once in a while to make sure everything was going well. We will definitely come back soon. Thank you Adam!

Adam’s place was excellent. The location is a very short and easy drive from Grace Bay. There is an easily walkable beach just down the road- one of the better ones we visited. All the amenities were great and the available beach gear was greatly appreciated. Everything was as advertised and Adam proactively checked in with us. Highly recommend!
